Cadet Command Form 104-R is your academic worksheet to plan and visualize your progression to your desired degree during your time at Rutgers. This document is required to be updated every semester to reflect all grades, current classes, changes in major, or any additional changes that may impact your academic progress. Academic advisors on campus can assist completing the worksheet if you are having issues using Degree Navigator.

 

Please note that completion and submission of CC Form 104-R is mandatory for all students competing for a scholarship and all current Scholarship/Contracted Cadets.
