Mr. Dontay Powell enlisted in 1999 as a 92Y, Unit Supply Specialist. He retired from active duty in March 2020 He joined the Scarlet Knight Battalion in September 2021 to help support the development of future leaders.​

Responsible for advising high school and campus-based applicants on the scholarship process and educating them about the opportunities within and after completing the Army ROTC Program.​
