SGM (Ret) Myles Cappiello
SGM (Ret) Myles Cappiello had a distinguished 40-year military career starting in 1980 as a Military Policeman, serving initially in Germany and Fort Dix, NJ. He transitioned to the Army Reserve in 1983, completing the Special Forces Qualification Course spending the next 25 years in Reserve and National Guard Special Forces units, and 3 years as an instructor at the JFK Special Warfare Center. He ended his career by spending his last 10 years in Civil Affairs. Mr. Cappiello has 3 combat tours, two in Iraq and one in central Africa.
Mr. Cappiello is a retired Lieutenant from the New Jersey State Police after serving 27 years as a New Jersey State Trooper. He then spent 7 years with the FBI as a Security Specialist, and an Adjunct Faculty, teaching Instructional Development for the FBI. Mr. Cappiello currently serves as a Military Science Instructor for Rutgers University Army ROTC.
