SSG Georgia Varoucha

SGT Georgia Varoucha enlisted in the NJ Army National Guard in 2015 as a 36B, Financial Management Specialist. Prior to becoming recruiter and partnering with Rutgers Army ROTC, she graduated from NJCU with a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Homeland Security. Best at recruiting the force of the future and finding highly motivated individuals that want to pursue a career in the military.  Addition duties include training and instructing new recruits at the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) in Sea Girt, NJ.
